Our favourite sun spots in London to drink rosé all day

Wednesday 6th June

Summer (dare we say it?) is here and Rosé season has finally started!

Don’t get us wrong, we do drink rosé all year long but there’s just a thing about sipping on a cold, refreshing glass of rosé in the sun. We associate it with evasion, freedom, happiness and celebration. It gives you that magic and very satisfying holiday feeling.

Enhancethe experience and complete the escape by cosying up in summery surroundings – bliss.

Don’t know where to go? Today’s your lucky day as we reveal our little list of favourite sun spots to sip rosé all day during Summer months.

Sager + Wilde, Paradise Row

For the outdoor tables and Summer BBQs. Need we talk about their wine selection?

The Boundary Rooftop, Shoreditch

For its simple beauty and unparalleled peaceful vibe. Best to chill on sunny weekends. They’ve a small but smart wine selection and their food is delicious. Go on a Sunday for Lobster & fries.

Corney & Barrow Terrace, Exchange Square

For its cosy terrace on the pedestrianised square, surrounded by a lawn and a fountain. Best on a weekday, after work – for the buzzing atmosphere. They’ve an amazing, diverse wine selection as well as beers and cocktails. They do BBQs in the summer months, too.

Vinoteca King’s Cross

For its large terrace, tucked away for the hustle and bustle of King’s Cross. Best on a weekday, at lunchtime or after work. They’ve a very diverse wine selection and you’ll always discover something new there.

10 Cases, Covent Garden

For its bistrot vibe and lovely little tables on the pavement on Endell Street. On a weekday after work and pre-theatre or over the weekend, after a spot of shopping. They’ve an ever-exciting wine selection (only 10 cases of each wine – so once it’s gone, it’s gone) and tapas style dishes.

La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, Neal’s Yard

They’ve outdoor tables right in the middle of Neal’s Yard and we dare you to find a cosier spot in the center of buzzing London! On a weekday after work and pre-theatre or over the weekend, after a spot of shopping. They’ve an exquisite selection of 400+ handpicked French wines.

Dalla Terra, Covent garden/Soho

We love sitting at one of their outdoor tables for aperitivoon a hot day as it’s conveniently tucked away from the crowds of Leicester Square. Their selection is strongly focused on Italian wines and they serve small plates as well as dishes.

Quo Vadis Terrace, Soho

Quo Vadis is an institution in Soho serving Modern British cuisine but we love it for an impromptu glass of something nice and cold if we’re around Soho. They’ve a few tables on the pavement which offer the shade and comfort you need.

Boro Bistrot, Borough Market

For their Boho terrace with a French touch in the leafy shade of Southward Cathedral. Best for an aperitive after an expedition at Borough Market, or after Church on a Sunday – why not? Their wine list and menu is French, and it’s delicious.

Mercato Metropolitano, Elephant & Castle

For the outdoor tables, bars and live-music. For the vibrant vibe and the variety in everything (food, drinks, music, people). Best to relax and chill with friends all day.

We’re sure you’ve got your own favourite and we’d love to hear about it so be sure to leave a note in the comments section.

Here’s to our favourite season and to the perfect summer sipper – Cheers!
