Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver to any address in the UK.
When will I receive my order?
Standard orders will be delivered two days after the date of purchase (N+2) between 9:00-17:30 for London Postal Districts on a Monday-Friday basis. Deliveries to the rest of the UK are subject to the scheduled delivery day for that postcode and will be indicated at the time of ordering. We offer a Next Day delivery option for London Postal Districts orders at no extra cost, for orders received before 10:00am. These orders will be delivered the next day between 9:00-17:30 on a Monday – Friday basis.
Can I receive my goods at a specific time of the day?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer this option however, we offer specific delivery slots at an extra cost. Delivery options and costs are clearly detailed at check-out.
Can I choose where I have my good delivered?
Yes, you can choose where you want your goods delivered in the shipping details section when placing your order. The delivery address may be different to the billing address. You can manage your addresses by logging into your account.
What if I am not in to accept the delivery?
If you are not going to be in to sign for the delivery then please tell us of a safe location where the goods can be left (i.e: leave with the neighbour or on the back porch or garden shed). Please note, if you choose to proceed with this option then we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred.
Can I have my wine delivered on the same day?
Yes, but there is an additional cost for same day delivery. Please contact us directly on 07512169421 to discuss your options or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if my box is broken or damaged?
In the event that you receive damaged or broken wine, please let us know immediately by calling 07512 169 421 or emailing email@example.com. Please click here to refer to our returns policy (clause 6) in our Terms & Conditions.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery costs vary depending on your postcode and the delivery option you select. All costs are clearly specified at check-out.
